Pricing Information

My minimum fee is £80 plus VAT and my normal hourly rate is £280 plus VAT. 


Most of my clients prefer to have an up front quote on costs so please call or email me to discuss your specific requirements.  I will then be able to provide you with a brief outline of the services required for your matter and the likely timescale.

The fee charged may include time spent on preliminary advice, drafting and preparation time, making and receiving telephone calls, correspondence written and received in all formats, arranging legalisation and record keeping.


I do reserve the right to vary my rates particularly in respect of extremely urgent and/or complex  matters.  I will of course inform you where practical of any additional costs prior to commencing work.


  • I am registered for VAT.  My VAT registration number is 306 3669 04

  • Payment is by cash, cheque or card.

  • I provide a detailed invoice and receipt on payment.


In addition to my fees you may have to pay expenses:-


  • For dealing with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and any Embassies (see Apostille & Legalisation).

  • Other fees such as translators.

  • Companies House search fees.

  • Agents fees.

  • Travel expenses (where applicable).

  • Courier fees.

  • Transmission fees/ postage or special delivery costs.

Payment of my fee and disbursements is due when the document has been prepared which I may retain pending payment in full.
